XO Condos

Register

At the 14-storey, Core Architects and Turner Fleischer Architects-designed XO Condos on the southwest corner of King and Dufferin in Toronto’s West End, Lifetime Developments and Pinedale Properties have revealed the range of unique amenities designed by Tomas Pearce Interior Design that they will offer to residents, from the building’s fitness and recreational facilities including a dedicated spin studio, to a children’s playroom with a ball pit, and even a pet spa, the project will boast more than 9,300ft² of amenities once it is completed next year.

The building will feature many one-of-a-kind amenities and shared spaces, starting with the ground floor lobby where finishes have been selected to reflect the tonality and rustic nature of the brick, and warm leathers and soft seating add a touch of warmth. A resident mailroom will be located next to the lobby, supported by both self-serve and full-service chilled delivery which can be used for keeping deliveries of perishable goods such as groceries or wine cool while your package is waiting to be picked up.

XO Condos will also boast a fitness centre that stretches across an entire floor, featuring an LED spin room with an elevated platform for the spin instructor, a first-time amenity for a condominium in Toronto. Also available on the fitness level will be TRX spaces for weight lifting and strength training, cardio machines, a yoga and dance studio, and a sports lounge fitted with comfortable seating and television for residents to come and relax with, or to watch a sports game.

Other unique spaces and services will also be part of the building, including a dedicated pet spa that will provide grooming services, and a video gaming hub with multiple screens and gaming consoles for international gaming.

XO Condos will also feature a play space dedicated to children, that will be equipped with a ball pit, playhouse, movie hub, a reading zone, a separate section for arts and crafts, and a washroom. The playroom will extend to an outdoor play area away from the city streets.

There will be an outdoor lounge for adults, too; a rooftop terrace overlooking the buzzing cityscape will be decorated with seating arrangements and lighting. Indoor lounge space will also take shape in the form of a group study and library zone, which will feature independent desks for those needing to work quietly, as well as cocoons, communal benches, and tables for collaborative work.

XO Condos will add residential space and bring new commercial offerings to an already buzzing and lively King West neighbourhood. The project will also see XO2 Condos rise to join it shortly.

Dear Friends,

We hope that your family and loved ones continue to be safe and healthy. Each day we are watching the situation unfold, and adapting together to evolving regulations and changes influencing our new unprecedented way of living. We are confident that we will get through this.

We wanted to take a quick moment to provide you with an update on how Lifetime Developments is addressing COVID-19. The safety of our employees, trade partners and customers continues to be of the utmost importance. While Lifetime is still operational and very much active, we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure a safe environment for our stakeholders. While our head office team is working remotely, everyone has access to proper technology and tools to guarantee that our projects are moving forward, and that you have the same level of access to support that you have grown accustom to. This practice extends to our sales offices as well to ensure that our Purchasers still remain in contact with us for any questions that you may have.

As many of you may know, Doug Ford, on behalf of the Government of Ontario, deemed above-ground construction an essential service, which means that work on Whitehaus, Panda and Liberty Market Tower continues. To ensure the safety of the individuals working on each project, we are taking every step possible to safeguard our sites and teams, including ensuring the availability to PPE for site attendees, daily cleaning with active sanitization of the entire site, bi-weekly inspections with health and safety inspectors and COVID training to all site attendees. Our offices are all on reduced staff and intermittent hours, to strengthen social distance rules.

We are all in this together. This is a very serious virus, but if we all do our part, we can stop the spread, flatten the curve and return to normalcy as quickly as possible. We are here for you, and are only a phone call or e-mail away. On behalf of everyone at Lifetime Developments, we want to thank you for your understanding as we work together to adapt to our new way of life. We hope you continue to stay safe and practice your handwashing and social distancing.

With great positivity,
The Team at Lifetime Developments

Fashionably ahead of the curve on this one was Lifetime Developments. For this developer, Classic Blue was front and centre back in 2017 as evidenced with Bisha Hotel & Residences. In collaboration with Toronto based designer Studio Munge and Kravitz Design Inc, Bisha features playful blue pops in its modern finishes. Pictured below are tasteful bathroom and bedroom shots showcasing the 2020 Colour of the Year!

2020 Resolutions, Here I Come!

Another year in the books! 2019 was one to remember as the world watched Greta Thunberg make headlines for global change, witness Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin say ‘I do’ and of course the unveiling of the long-awaited all-electric Tesla Cybertruck.

With every new year comes opportunity for reflection- how did I do this year? What can I do better? In this way, maybe a new decade allows for the ultimate reflection. Did I accomplish what I wanted to in the last ten years? What will the next ten look like?

Whether it’s vying for your dream job, spending more time with those you love, hitting snooze less or just saying no to that second chocolate chip cookie (no matter how soft and chewy)… this will be your decade- I can feel it!

Here to help you to get it done right is none other than your friendly local neighborhood spots by XO Condos! Making a stop at these places should have you feeling better than before you walked in.

Adios, Winter Blues!

Brrrrrr! We can’t deny it anymore, winter is here in full force; the boots and parkas are out to play. It’s no secret that it can be tough to find the motivation to get out there during this chilly time. I get it – the idea of staying cozy inside is much more enticing. But, while necessary sometimes, we can’t let this cold front keep us from hanging out with our family and friends! I challenge us all to step outside (pun intended) of our comfort zones, and try to make the most of these upcoming chilly weeks!

No need to search for what to do, we’ve got you covered! Check out these fun-filled activities less than 5km from XO Condos:

Toronto Wolfpack on the Rise

The Toronto Wolfpack is the City’s esteemed rugby league club. The team competes in the top-tier ‘Super League’ based out of England. Since its inaugural season in 2016, the Wolfpack have seen great success. When they play at home, the players are met with sold out crowds filled with passionate fans.

Home games are played right in Liberty Village at Lamport Stadium (also referred to as The Den), which is less than a 5-minute walk from XO Condos! The Den hold 9,600 people and features a fresh turf field.

While the team is already great, they’re about to get even better and Toronto fans can’t stop freaking out about it! How can they get even better you ask? Sonny Bill Williams just agreed to join the roster. Williams will be the highest-paid player in the history of the game, with a reported two-year, $10 million offer. The New Zealand native has been crowned as one of the best in the sport.

Safe to say, this season will be an exciting one to follow. Make sure to check out all the action starting February 2nd, 2020 as The Wolfpack kick off their fourth season!
